On Monday, December 9, 2024, we held a preview tasting event for some very special people in Old Town Fort Collins. Our menu featured some of the amazing dishes we will be serving at Schneider's Schnitzel Service, including: Pork and Chicken Schnitzel, House Made Sausages, Chive Spätzle, Duck Fat Melted Cabbage, Potato Salad and Black Forest Cake. The reviews were stupendous, and we can't wait to share our creations with the people of Fort Collins, Colorado at our new restaurant!
